It is a very common problem and the message is exactly what you get. The flange bolts tend to snap over time creating small gap that is aimed right the DEF injector. I hope that it is something else or maybe the DEF injector plug. Another possibility is that the injector is fouled with dEF crystals.. Southwest flight 1370
