Wait like 10 seconds after exiting the cave and sneak back in, the Troll should've turned away and started walking to the back of the cave, for extra safety wait for 15 seconds. You can use that tactic to walk in and shoot the troll a few times and leave, and then wait 10-15 seconds and do it again.. Do mushrooms lose potency
